I am so happy that my family member lives at Pilgrim Manor. In my hours visiting, I have enjoyed listening to laughter and kindness as staff interacts with residents. It's clean, the rooms are good-sized and the staff is competent and caring. They have answered the phone every time I have called, and someone has always responded to my questions. It's a great place to consider if you have a loved one needing this kind of care.
