As the Developmental Disabilities (DMH) Program Manager, I have the privilege of serving individuals with developmental disabilities and helping them achieve greater independence while supporting the families who love them.<br><br>What I love most about Phoenix is that we truly put people first. Every individual has their own goals, strengths, and dreams, and our team is committed to providing compassionate, person-centered support that empowers them to live life on their own terms. I'm grateful to work alongside caregivers and office staff who genuinely care about making a difference every single day.<br><br>One of my greatest passions is helping families navigate the often confusing world of disability services.
