Visited a family friend here and the staff was sooo friendly! They took care of her and made sure she ate and her food was cut into tiny pieces so she wouldn’t choke. They also changed her and I noticed there’s no rashes (which has happened in different nursing homes) and she seemed very clean and well taken care of! Thank you so much to the staff and anyone involved in her care ❤️❤️

This State needs to investigate this place. They have rodents. The heat barely works. The food is like feeding someone straight from a can. Tanesha/staff member was very rude, dismissive and always on her phone through ear piece even while calling out your meds & name. Tess was a GREAT Nurse! Quiana was also great and attentive. The African American man who is the physical therapist was nice as well. This is not a facility to send a love one whom is incompetent, can’t advocate for themselves or someone who requires assistance 24/7. I have videos of roaches crawling around in the room that I was in. I have videos and recordings of staff cursing at a patient for wasting herself after being changed. I have recordings begging to be showered. I am seeking legal actions. I have the evidence that I need to proceed with a case per my lawyer.

My mother was at Peterson Park on and off for about 4 months. She arrived weak, barely able to sit up in bed, and was receiving her food primarily through a feeding tube. For the duration of her stay, she received structured care, determined in consultation with my family, which we appreciated. The professional team of nurses, CNAs, physical therapy, and nutrition worked diligently to help my mother reach her goals of eating and walking again. Over the time it took to achieve these goals, she received consistent encouragement and support from the team, which strengthened her relationships and buoyed her attitude and outlook. Rounding out the team were the administrative staff, who provided daily support from initial contact at the front desk through admissions and finance. Sure, the facility is not new, but it was clean, the people diligent, knowledgeable, and kind. Overall, my mother was supported by conscientious, caring people. She left, having achieved her goals, and will miss all the wonderful people who contributed to her success. We are truly grateful to Peterson Park. Sincerely, Tamara and Stephanie, Barbara’s daughters

The administrative staff was very receptive. I want to give special recognition and thanks to the cna'⁰s and some staff member, Aviana H,The assistant director of nursing,Denice V, and, Ms.Hawkinis the cna supervisor. Also the wound care team was incredible, I had some unpleasant experiances but I won't dwell on that I only want to magnify the positives. -Rev Walter Shumpert Jr
