My Grandmothers case manager MS. Claudette was very rude and obnoxious with her and her caregiver. Multiple times she would disrespect the caregiver and not offer any additional support when needed.

This review is regarding this agency because they were given a story from a worker that was filling in for two days for the regular worker that was already assigned to my mother..... The bogus information given to the owner of the agency by the fill-in about my mother's business at home which didn't concern her caused the owner to discontinue service without consulting with us....it was very UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!

Horrible. When a client has to continually follow up with services, that are under contract, and be misled with excuses and attitude, is very sad. When employees constantly deflect with excuses and not be accountable for their actions is also sad. When employees cannot handle being told the truth if their intentional lies and deflections, and then decide to blame the client, is also unprofessional. These agencies, with these State contracts, should not be allowed to have them when they cause so many issues and then blame the client when the agency gets reported to Lansing for being non compliant. Avoid this place. Especially Pamela, who supposedly runs the snow and lawn care. Making false promises to clients. Causing clients to get city citations because she did not do her job correctly. And when Pam was reported to Lansing about her lack of compliance, all I got were excuses and deflections, and more lies. Apparently these companies don’t want clients that speak up for their rights, because when they do, Pam decides it shouldn’t be happening. Avoid this place.
