The owner of company P Bowman kept elderly's pension after elderly moved out. She was asked to give back money and it is now well over 45 days. There was no contract agreement signed by elderly to stay for a specific time or required to give a notice of move out.The elderly person resided in household for 2 months and moved out on Oct 31st. This was a house setup in a neighborhood with constant barking dogs next door, house doors were locked at all times you had to have the part-time caregiver open the door to go outside or get back inside for any reason, which caused a potential fire hazard for the 3 elderly person residing in the home. Security for outside people is limited to a ring camera- caretaker on duty does not require identification or ask visitors to signin for record purposes. Not sure if this place is licensed properly by the state of Michigan or simply being operated as a make-shift home for the elderly with minimum caretaker responsibilities, i.e. intellectual activities, 3 scheduled hot meals, medication reminders, etc. Thr amount being charged to reside in a bedroom within the home is inflated to take advantage of the elderly.
