Over a year ago, we provided an earnest deposit for land purchased in the estates of Texas Grand Ranch. 7000.00 We were using a VA land loan thru GLO. The process was lengthy and the loan eventually was denied. We were told deposit would be refunded if loan did not go thru. Complete lie! Buyer beware.

We recently came to Texas with the goal of finding a piece of land to purchase. While the Estates at Texas Grand Ranch wasn't initially on our list, we happened to see the community as we arrived in the area. On a whim toward the end of our trip, we decided to swing by, and we are so glad we did! We were fortunate to be assisted by David. From the moment we met him, he was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and, most importantly, completely pressure-free. He took the time to give us a thorough tour and was exceptionally knowledgeable about all the various land plots, their unique features, and the pros and cons of each. David pointed us toward a specific plot that he believed would require minimal site preparation. His expertise was spot-on. After meeting with several builders to get quotes, every single one confirmed that the plot David recommended is indeed ideal and will save us significant time and money on the initial development phase. A huge thank you to David, Nicole, Amanda and Bear for making what can be a stressful process so smooth and enjoyable. His honesty and guidance were invaluable. We didn't just find a great piece of land, we found a great team to work with. We couldn't be happier with our decision and highly recommend paying them a visit!

Typical Texas hospitality here. No pressure from the sales staff, they're just happy to accommodate and show you their offerings. They are very informed and are well versed in terms of the market they are serving. Very eager to give them my business.

The sales team humor is awesome. They took us out multiple times to see multiple land Lots. Let us walk as many laps as we wanted you give us as much information as we needed to make a decision. They were not pushy at all and gave us plenty of time and information for us to be able to make a decision. We did end up buying a lot my wife and I are very happy with our decision.
