My husband spent the last 3 years of his life at Focused Care of Huntsville. I was very pleased with the way they cared for him and took care of all his needs. They treated him with dignity and respect. Because of them, I could sleep at night knowing that he was in good hands. They kept me well informed, and did their best to honor every request I had for his care. The staff there were all dedicated and passionate About their jobs. They worked well as a team and went above and beyond his basic needs. They cared about my husband‘s happiness as well as his health. It sounds cliché to say this, but they treated us like family. The staff there worked hard, but never acted disgruntled or overworked. That tells me they were in the jobs they wanted to be in and they must have been treated like they were appreciated by management. That makes a big difference. I appreciated that they made me feel like they were there for me too. I wish I could name everyone because they were all good to me and to my husband. Dorothy in the business office always helped me when I had to deal with Medicaid. Brenda, the patient advocate always checked with me monthly to make sure I didn’t have any concerns and if I had, she would take of them. Amy, the nurse director was amazing. She was very involved with his care and always kept me informed. Nurses were great I especially appreciate Christy. CNA Rhonda was an absolute angel. She did so much for Bill and everyone in her care. I would like to thank Nicole, the administrator for all that she does to make Focused Care the great place that it is. She is a fine person and a great leader. It’s clear that she is dedicated to making Focused Care a place you can trust to take care of your loved one. I would recommend Focused Care to anyone in need of special care.

Nathaniel was extremely helpful and kind getting my mom settled! Focused Care has great staff who answered all our questions and made us feel comfortable. Also, they were the only facility to get my mom in extremely quick.
