A star for the facility/building- it is very nice and clean except for that one time that the entire 2nd floor smells like sewage. The nurses are great personalities wise. However they could have been more observant to the patient health. I feel like to my husband's case they were not knowledgeable enough to what he is going through. (My husband have COPD, and was in creekside because he is needing rehab for his broken hip) overtime in his stay he developed congestive heart failure which he have to be admitted back to the hospital. The room he was in was not comfortable at all for him. We have reported and tried to plea to hope that something could be done. He did not have any sleep, which resulted to him to always be tired to participate to any therapy he have scheduled the next day. And nothing was done. He was instead given melatonin. (It still did not help). I have to bring some of my husband's medicine, (i was told from the beginning that medicine will be provided) one in particular is needing to be refrigerated, as I hand over the packet I verbally said that this needs to be refrigerated and it also states on the packet. By the time that I have to collect his things I was informed that the medicine was not stored in the refrigerator. And the biggest let down of all is that some personal items were stolen. Including cash, earbuds, gift card, and a nail file kit. Understandable these maybe small items. However I put my trust to this facility, the trust that they would take care of my husband, his personal being and belongings. The facility is also a permanent resident to some yet per my conversation with the person in charge he said " they cant be responsible for everything" This is a Very disappointing facility.

I did a tour and I absolutely love it at Creekside. The third floor staff were very welcoming. I loved how much they were engaging with the residents and making them smile. The over all facility was very clean and positive. I definitely love the home feeling you get when you are there.

If I could give zero stars, I would. My father was admitted to Creekside Retirement Community with the trust that he would be safe, cared for, and treated with the dignity every human being deserves. What happened instead was the most heartbreaking and inexcusable failure of care I’ve ever witnessed. My father, a stroke patient and documented fall risk, was left completely unattended. On June 15, 2025, he fell trying to get help—because no one came when he needed them. That fall caused a brain bleed that ultimately put him on life support. Ten days later, on June 25, 2025, he died as a result of this preventable injury. To make matters worse, prior to that, he was left sitting in his own feces for over nine hours. This wasn’t an isolated oversight—it was systemic neglect. No one came. No one cared. No one took responsibility. Creekside failed him in every way possible—medically, morally, and ethically. I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone. If you're considering this facility for a loved one, run in the other direction. Their negligence didn’t just diminish his quality of life—it ended it. This place should be held accountable. Families deserve better. Seniors deserve better. My father deserved better.
