I worked here for 3 years and had a wonderful experience! The owners are amazing people and managed to always match me with clients that fit their and my needs perfectly. They are flexible and understanding and I highly recommend working for them and/or hiring them to take care of my loved one!

Pear Tree was excellent in its care for my mother-in-law while my wife and I were traveling. They are professional, punctual and extremely flexible. We have been using Pear Tree for my sister’s care for the last two months and couldn’t be happier. We had started with another much larger service and after four weeks we knew we had to find something better. My sister has Alzheimer’s and is not easy to take are of. Jeff, Monique and his staff were a life saver. The personal service we received from Jeff and Monique was unbelievable. They even covered shifts if the scheduled staff person could not make it. Monique was essential in the staffing for my sister. She did so much scheduling work behind the scenes and was the primary reason Pear Tree was able to help my sister. I highly recommend Pear Tree for any care needs you may have.

The company states their goal is to treat your family like their own. They do a fabulous job of accomplishing that goal. Pear Tree is responsive, transparent and only sent skilled, compassionate caregivers. They provided the support my mother needed to stay in her apartment. My entire family is grateful for the care and I highly recommend them.

It is not easy to admit that help is needed to care for a loved one and allow someone you don't know into your home. You hope for someone trustworthy, skilled, and a good fit for both the patient and family. We were blessed to find Pear Tree and our in-home care worker, Nicole. She has proven to be caring, compassionate, and committed to the welfare of her patients. She communicates well with family members and always keeps us informed by relaying notes of her visits with my mom who has an Alzheimers diagnosis. In short, Nicole is a Gem! She provides a wide variety of activities and services to keep mom as engaged as possible. Plus Nicole is a great support system for my dad. I could go on and on but my dad's words say it all..."She is like part of the family." That is high praise! Without hesitation I wholeheartedly recommend Pear Tree for anyone looking for in-home care. They are nothing short of wonderful. Earth Angels to be sure.
