This is one of the nicest Nursing homes I’ve been to and very professional. I very much enjoyed my time here. Everyone is so very nice. it’s a great place and the food is so good. Even the transportation people plus cnas. I’m truly going to miss this place and everyone that works here.

Excellent service. Staff is very attentive to my brother's needs. I am always informed concerning his medication intake. He likes participating in activities which is in my opinion well organized and full of excitement. Keep up the good work.

I have had my mother here at Pavillion going on 2 years now in June. I can truly say I have not had any issues with Administration they have always answered my questions and or helped me with issues like with health insurance they have been great in all aspects and more. My mom was put in hospice care and they were very very helpful to say I got my mother out of hospice She's like she was never in it. On the floor she's on the nurses are great so are the cnas I will say I had an issue 1 time with an cna and it was taken care of immediately after I reported it. I have my mom n another relative on a different floor and no complaints. Front desk I see new staff So I'm getting to know them. I also have recommended other short term ppl and they have not had any problems overall I'm glad I chose Pavillion of Logan square cause it's also 5 minutes away from home in car n a 15 minute walk. I'm greatful
