The place is low income but the social worker Brian is amazing at guiding you, giving resources truly going above and beyond. My father was set up with home health , Homecare and he followed up after discharge which is unheard. 4 stars due to the intake team and front desk not very friendly

I recently reached out to your facility to inquire about care for a family member and I just want to commend you on your team. Not only did the admissions director answer all of my questions, but she took the time to explain things I did not even think about; all while being patient and kind. I have not had this kind of interaction with most facilities I have spoken to.

Went to tour Paul house for my grandparents as we are looking for memory care. Everyone was very sweet and helpful. I will definitely be coming back for a second tour and more info when the memory care unit is done with renovations.

My sister stayed at Paul House for Hospice. The staff at Paul House were very attentive and caring during this difficult time for my family. She agreed to do hospice at Paul House because she recalled the good care my mother had there when she was admitted under similar circumstances many years ago when it was St. Paul’s. It was good to see that Paul House has continued with their excellent care for their most vulnerable patients.
