This is the second time we are using Patients First and our experience has been great!!!. We have tried other agencies before and were not happy. ( I actually had one therapist at another company who only spent 9 minutes with my mom for physical therapy and didn't realize I had a ring doorbell and knew that she spend the rest of her time texting in her car). But Patients First has been helping my 94 yr old mom recover from a fall and a hospital stay and they are responsive and incredibly caring..covering every kind of issue that could come up...I am so happy with them and have no problem recommending them. They worked around her doctors appointments and were on time and always going the extra mile to make sure she can become independent again and stay safe. As a daughter I am feeling very supported in caring for my mom and am sleeping better knowing they are available to help her continue getting her strength back. So I am adding to this review because the speech therapist , Stephen Davis just left and omg, what a wealth of knowledge he had for my mom. We didn't think she needed speech therapy but she has COPD and he was fantastic. He is teaching her how to do breathing exercises and explaining how to use a resistance breather to help her strengthen her breathing and be able to talk louder and in addition, he is making her feel safer with her shortness of breath..

Terrible communication. After undergoing a procedure I was enduring great pain. I called and was told that someone would be out today. After 8 hours of call backs and reassurances that this would happen, I got a call saying they wouldn't be out. I couldn't take the pain anymore and I went to the Emergency Room. So much for Patients First.

Patients First is one of the best home health companies that I have worked with, and I've worked with many of them. The staff are very responsive and consistently go the extra mile to help their patients. I would strongly recommend them.
