For a low budget place, I have to commend this place yall. 5 stars easy. Even though they are short staffed, and some are strict, I can tell that they have client best interests at top of list and im gonna be blunt here. Ive seen what exists out there in the market of low budget state ran facilities. These guys with the accepting of maybe 1 or two got it goin on! I want to point out one person thst goes by the name of May. May is a physical therapist and let me tell you something. If you have a loved one recovering from surgery, then you want May to have a hand in the process. Make it happen. I watched May very closely and may.pushes clients too try try try. When you are trying to build up strength after a surgery and you been down bed ridden for length of time, you gotta build back up. May will push too keep going and try harder. One.more time. Like a coach. May has close too 20 yesrs of experience and.it shows too. Thank-you braden river for having exceptional staff all the way around. And again. Ive seen what's out there. Casa mora etc. Itd nothing like casa mora. Im blown away at braden rivers ability too have the care and passion and expertise required too get people back into life so thst they can be independent and just stay mobile and they are a model company only because of they people thst work there providing care thats felt and care I expect for my family and friends eho have been there in the past ( Eduardo Negron ) years ago and they still are kicking butts in the field. I personally wouldn't choose any other place. Even villas of hollybrook aint got jack on braden river nd they cost 8000 a month! And thst does not include a jar of vasoline. Thsnks for reading. PEACE!!!

I would have given it a 0 if it was a possibility.Don't ever send your family there , especially if dr marcialas says he will be taken care of them , he will not. He lied to my face, told me he would take care of my mother in the hospital after a large heart surgery. And now she is doing worse than she ever was after going there. Not only did they not shower her and I had to call repeatedly from out-of-state to make sure she was showered. The food was cold. Her neighbor in her room was also crying.Because all she asked for was a hot cup of tea , which they told her they didn't have hot water to make it. I repeatedly make complaints. The one in the office just gives you an attitude. They came to my mother telling her that she owed money daily while she was confused. She did not all money. Her insurance was covering it with a prior authorization, which they still harassed her for money.Even though her boss said right in front of her, she did not owe any coPays. Their family meetings do not include anything of them telling them the weight of your family member and nothing else. The doctor is a joke, they fight over the orders and they do not know what they're doing, if you want your family member to survive, whatever they went through, do not send them to this place, they are going to be reported to the board of health and everywhere else because them, like every other Floridian disgusting place.. I also have pictures, I have they do not give any quality of care. The nurses don't care. And I also heard one of the nurses in the hallway, say they were going to slap someone, don't know if it was a patient or someone, they worked with cause, they weren't giving them enough time, so that's great. Yes, I watched a woman almost fall of a wheelchair cause the physical therapist left her there without the footstools and she was crying because she thought she was 5 really good points here that if you don't want to kill someone don't send them there and maybe this data floor is to do their job and take care of the elderly...And this place should be closed down , and all these people should be fined and probably put in jail. Anyone who reading this at works there. You should be ashamed to yourself and you should throw yourself out of that office and retire.Because you do not belong taking care of people , you belong in jail

This place is a nightmare. No one should have to endure a place like this. With the exceptions of a few good people, it was my mother’s last chance to come home and the treatment was so bad. She never made it home. She was in the last room in the hall, sometimes never got dinner. I even had an employee hang up on me when I called to ask for a breathing treatment for my mother. Please don’t dump your loved ones in this awful place. My thanks to the very few who did care enough to try and help my mother. They don’t buddy up like people in the rooms. My mother’s roomie kept the tv on 24/7 and played her video games at the same time. Mother never got any peace and quiet. When I asked for a room change, they only offered her a room that had 3 beds, 3 tvs going at once with only a curtain separating the beds. Awful awful place. Smells worse the further you go into the facility. The DON wasn’t helpful at all. No one was. It’s a death pit of a place!

My good friend is a resident here and this is after leaving a different facility. Braden River is an amazing place it is much better than the last facility. It is much cleaner and light and airy inside and NO SMELL. Arika McCormick and Jamal are amazing. They go above and beyond for the residents. If we have a concern or question they answer it promptly or address the concern. The nursing staff are very caring and attentive especially Judy. I have no worries leaving my friend in there care. Thank you Arika and Jamal for everything you do. P.S. Jamal is one spiffy dresser LOL!
