Everyone at Hidden Lakes was so understanding, professional and compassionate. I especially want to thank Evan Businger, Melany Torres, Kathryn Bland and Laritza Rafael-Armas for the kindness and concern and how helpful they were during this difficult time of my wife, Mary decline and eventually pass. A number of the staff on the floor would hug me as they saw how difficult this was for me and Mary.<br><br>I highly recommend Hidden Lakes, Gid bless the angels that work there.

Update: 8/7/2026 BEWARE🙏🙁<br>Resident was taken out by ambulance due to new injuries. The resident was there for only two weeks, resident did ask for a full refund , the director Z B stated in an email that he would only give resident a refund if the Google review was removed and HAD to sign a release saying that HE could never post anything again. What does that tell you about Inspired Living? Make up your own mind!<br>Care Team is given a certain amount of time to answer the buzzer when you call but it was caught on tape they come in, and turn the buzzer off and leave the room and come back 15 to 20 minutes later that is on video.<br><br>Nothing that is misinterpreted and they want resident to sign a confidentiality release from further posting anything. The resident was only there for a little over two weeks and it was way over $6300 and resident thinks it would be only fair to get a refund especially after the camera was installed and a sign posted outside the residents room , the treatment was still the same, SHOCKING and HEARTBREAKING!<br><br>The Director ZB said it would be two weeks before everybody get acquainted with the new resident but some things should have been 100% from the beginning.<br><br>Example: the cafeteria and the caregivers should be no problem! There was a big problem.<br><br>Medication did not get delivered from the pharmacy of their choice so resident had to go without meds and all the facts are in writing stating that they did not get the medication from the pharmacy that they had recommend.<br><br>Guests have visited 4 to 5 hours a day and that is not what they thought this was going to be.<br>Guests saw the treatment, the cold food, the attitude ! Just being honest. All truthful statements .<br><br>If you read the reviews one is from Zach Benjamin he is a director of Inspired Living and he gave a great review of his place.<br><br>Suggestion:<br><br>Put a 24 hour video recorder in the residents room! The director didn’t seem to be pleased with the camera, but the Director did put a sign outside the room saying that there is recording in progress. Apparently the Care team, even with the camera in the room does not treat the resident with compassion. That’s saying it nicely.<br><br>Please look beyond the pictures on Facebook. Look beyond what you’re seeing on social media. Please look beyond the front entrance when you first walk in the door to the nice fireplace. Please take a close look at the Care Team as they will be the ones caring for your Resident you need to take an inside look at what is really going on.<br><br>Please be very cautious. I can’t even stress enough to put the camera in the room or find someplace else. He will only give the resident a partial refund if review removed and resident sign documents. I just can’t believe this!<br><br>They post nice pictures of having holiday activities but what goes on behind closed doors is shocking.<br>Resident had not heard from the director for the refund. Also, the biggest factor is the resident got hurt as it was caught on video and that is why he was taken out by 911.

I toured this community while helping my grandma look at her options, and I had a really positive experience. The community was clean and well-maintained, and everyone we interacted with was incredibly welcoming and kind. It was nice to see so many residents out and about, smiling and enjoying themselves, which made the atmosphere feel warm and inviting. I would absolutely feel comfortable having a loved one live here.
