My grandma was very grateful for them! Above and beyond what an "Independent" place usually dealt with. If your truly INDEPENDENT, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED😇 - these residents are very active! Try not to put a shy, recluse, elder in this super INDPENDANT living style! Dog or cat is welcome 🐕🦺🐕😸😻🎲♟️📚

My wife Sally and I were extremely impressed with the amenities and cleanliness of the entire facility. We we especially impressed with Debbie who gave us a personal tour. She was well versed in all the venues and we felt welcomed as old friends. We were invited for a special monthly meal and thought it was absolutely delicious. All of the residents we spoke with loved living there and couldn’t rave enough about the meals prepared for them. We have checked out a few other facilities and have concluded Cypress Springs is the best one for us when that time comes.<br>Dick and Sally Dow

Beautiful facility, lots of amenities such as pool, gym, dining area, library, theater. Dining area is great. Most importantly, the management and staff are outstanding. They are over the top helpful and caring. They are active within the community and make it a point to know everyone. We have toured several places , Cypress springs is head and shoulder above other similar places.

Our family is so blessed to have this retirement community fall into my mother's lap starting in 2024. They are an amazing, caring and gifted team in all areas. My mother passed away in September and everyone stood by our side with love and compassion. This is by far, where you want to have your loved ones reside in Sarasota. This is our place to be!

We had a fabulous tour with Jamie. She asked thought provoking questions & answered all of our questions Cypress Springs is beautiful with all the amenities anyone could hope for. Ice cream all day...wahoo!
