Totally unacceptable, This organization was sent a referral for services from the hospital. After not receiving anything from them for 72 hours after discharge we called them. Were told we would hear from them that day or the next. After that did not happen we called again. Same response from them, same lack of action. Now we have contacted the hospital to get a referral for another provider.

This company is a waste of time. I was told a nurse was coming out to get information about my dad after he left the hospital , Well she/he never showed up after waiting all day no response nothing. Informed his doctor that they never called or never showed he put in another referral. I did speak with a Colin who called me and I returned his call. We set up a date for him to come out. The first one was canceled on us because my dad had an appointment that day, the second date he was coming out , after waiting all morning, I get a call from Colin asking if the nurse had came out to do her assessment because he could not move forward without her assessment I told him no, he said “mmmmm interesting” .He read in the notes that supposedly was in front of him said the nurse called and I never responded back to her first of all. I did not get a call secondly, if they are a reputable company. The nurse would’ve left a message and I would definitely call her back. that never happened because I keep my phone on me all the time when I’m at work or I do return calls when my messages are left. Long story short, this company has had two shots with me and both of them they failed… from reading the reviews with this company you don’t want them nowhere near your house because if they give the kind of care to your loved ones, they show you in the interest of getting in touch with ,you then you don’t need them . I would rather my dad sit home by himself and take care of himself than to have a liar, pretend that they called you when they know they didn’t . So my advice to you is to stay clear of this company move on with somebody that cares, and that you know has your best interest at heart This company don’t.. I have worked in healthcare for over 40 years and your word is your bond your first impression means a lot and I have been let down twice so they are on my Do Not deal with this company list, very unprofessional and very unreliable.

recently required home health care after being released from the hospital with breathing issues. I decided to try Caring Angels. The Caring Angels nurses and physical therapists were excellent! The nurses were very knowledgeable and answered my many questions in a way that I could understand so that I could participate in my own healthcare decisions. They arrived on time and were friendly and respectful. The physical therapists also were fantastic. They were friendly, respectful and listened to my needs. They tailored their physical therapy program around what I needed and requested, and not some preplanned, one-size-fits-all program. The nurses and physical therapist all seemed very happy to be working at Caring Angels which speaks well of the management and company. I would definitely use Caring Angels again and also recommend them for in-home nursing and physical therapy.
