My mother is in the care of Passion and Caring home. I met owner Gena Payne and her staff yesterday. They are wonderful caring people. My mother feels at home there. Ms. Payne is not just the owner, she is hands on and very present with her resident’s. She treats them like family. I am grateful for Passion and Caring Home for the Elderly.
