Paschall Senior Housing

Paschall Senior Housing is an affordable housing community for low-income seniors ages 62 and older located in diverse Southwest Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The community offers 63 one-bedroom apartments designed to serve seniors with limited financial resources.

Each apartment features window blinds and wall-to-wall carpeting in the living room and bedroom, along with energy-efficient heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems. The community includes a medical screening room for visiting doctors and health care workers to support resident health needs.

The housing is situated near Philadelphia's historic Baertram's Garden and arboretum, providing residents with proximity to cultural and natural attractions in the neighborhood. The community maintains a non-smoking policy throughout all premises, with residents required to sign a non-smoking agreement.

Residents are permitted to keep common household pets in their apartments, and service or assistance animals are also welcome. Management must be informed of any requirement for a service or assistance animal.
