Our mom is so thankful for the care she is receiving at Parkway. She wants to thank the TCU North staff, who are caring for her. She especially wants to thank Yvonne, for knowing exactly what needs to be done, and trying to let mom do things for herself when she can. Our interactions with the staff have been gracious, encouraging, and sincere. It is comforting to know that our mom is in a safe and caring environment. Thank you!

Absolutely be cautious when choosing to send your loved ones here. The nurses are unprofessional and neglectful to patients. Fester, a PA at Parkway refused to change my grandmothers ostomy wound dressings for several days resulting in an infection and her having to go back to the hospital. We asked repeatedly and to no avail. He smells like smoke, and seems completely under qualified. Parkway lacks the supplies, medications, and professionalism in order to keep patients healthy. Absolutely disgusting staff

Our dad is 101 years young and Parkway has provided excellent care for him since 2018. I could not imagine a better place for him. He continues to enjoy the many activities available to enrich the lives of residents. I cannot say enough good things about the caring staff and volunteers! Thank you for going above and beyond to make Parkway Pavilion Health and Rehabilitation such an excellent facility…
