The food is horrid! I visit my family member every two days. Every-time it’s the same thin hamburger even though the menu says something different. My family member has private insurance!!! I’ve seen better food in prison movies than this. It was thrown on a plate with baked beans that had made the bread mushy! The nurse was down at the ice machine filling her Stanley cup and a resident was asking for water in a wheelchair. She looked directly at her and walked away. I got the resident some ice water. Also I had to come get her because my family member was having issues. The light was on for a while!!! This place needs more help on the weekend!! These rooms also need to be cleaned. The chair and the carpet in the room smells like urine!! Only reason I gave 2 stars is because everyone is friendly!!!

They show they care and facility is welcoming. I visited my teacher who is now there and they take better care of him than the last facility ever did.
