We were also told pool and other amenities were to be completed by 2023, now they say perhaps 2024, disappointing. 2024 now still no rec center work continues with no progress more contractors come and go, now servelance @ entry points due to increase of thefts in here awful hope the reality agents apprise them of the lack of progress now going on three years. Three yrs in we have a reclining center oh post work is being performed again. Oh more importantly crime has increased even with this being a gated well really not gated anyone can get in or out. Now we have to walk looking over our shoulders scary. Camera it's a joke here. P s hermitage has a high crime rate based on the national average.

An absolutely terrible company/community. Not only has it been roughly 1 year since being in a 550k home but this home has so many issues. There are small pieces of tape every where I’m in this home due to maintenance that has not been completed from door trims, faulty nails, no caulking, etc. the people working in the office are unhelpful. You cannot do anything without discussing it with the HOA or office. This has been by far the worse decision & the worse home lived in. I would not advise anyone to move here, buy a home here or anything. They are not registered with BBB thus I felt Google would be a better location for this review.

Had we have been told (it's called discloser), that there are serious water problems with many homesites including ours we would never have bought here . 2/3rds of our yard is unusable, no fencing and limited landscaping because it's always wet. You can see that the site grading is terrible. We didn't notice during walk thru, that was only focused on the interiors, of which we have no problems. The disclosure statement at closing sighted no problems. It was a litany of things the builder wasn't responsible for. At the pick your finishes meeting with the builder I asked for a tile from the back splash to match colors , he said I'd have to pay for it ( on a 550k house i have to pay for a 2 dollar tile. If you wanted to know your lot lines you have to hire a surveyer. Both red flags. Buyer beware and I didn't even mention the clubhouse.

We first became interested in this community April of 2022. We were told then the pool, community center, and all other amenities would be completed by the end of 2022. We are now told 2024. HND realty is starting the 2nd phase of the community but don't seem to care at all if they ever finish the amenities. There were issues with the house and those were addressed, although some took several reminders. If you do buy here, be sure to have a home inspection before closing and be ready to chase down any work required before closing. After closing, Dave does a nice job of taking care of warranty issues. Because HND realty manages the HOA until all homes are built and it is turned over to the residents, don't expect your concerns to be worthy of their time. Overall, if HND had lived up to their promise of the amenities, or even if they were focusing on those amenities now, I would give the community a 4 star rating.

Still waiting for amenities. They were supposed to be completed 2022. We are still waiting. They are not saying 2024. Where are the HOA fees going? Absolutely no activities. Where are the pickle ball courts??? Streets need to be repaired. Still no decent mailboxes. We need to take over the HOA ourselves.
