My father enjoys the independence he has at Hermitage Senior Living while also having staff and neighbors nearby. The building offers a comfortable environment and a strong sense of community. We are very pleased with our decision.

My mother has become much more social since moving to Hermitage Senior Living She enjoys having activities available and people to spend time with. Seeing her happy, involved, and making new friendships means so much to our family

I can't even begin to tell you how awful this place is. First of all they didn't keep any of their promises. They don't feed us on Weekends. They don't take care of the apartments, they only care about the building. Which is strange, because the building looks like garbage too. Took them 2 weeks to get cool air in my apartment. Had to hire an outside company to clean my carpet. And the worst of all - when they found out I was finally moving to someplace better (Windlands South), they spite charged my bank account $2000 dollars without athorization just because they could and they kept my bank account info without me knowing. Also the building itself has gone bankrupt 3 times in the last 3 years. It used to be called McKendree. Laundry is in a stuffy, hot basement and I'm on a walker. Please stay away, if you want a decent place to go to, ask for Sam at Windlands South he is the best. Hermitage, PLEASE GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK.

Praying on the weak. Tricked us with cheap rent. Nothing they promised was real. I’m moving out in 2 months to a community that keeps their word. Bad food, community is always dirty. Bed bugs. This community has 3 reviews. 3. I think that’s all I need to say.

Laundry in basement and extremely difficult for all residents to get to. They probably don't even know who I am because there are so many people. My apartment ha BED BUGS and they didn't fix it for 7 MONTHS. Rent raised 3 times in a year!!! Roped us in with cheap rent and then it goes up real quick. Remember, there's probably a reason it's so cheap!!! The list goes on. Only good thing about this place is the staff are nice. Can't wait to move out.
