I toured with Greta, who was so friendly and knew everything about the building! Everything was so pleasantly decorated, thoroughly cleaned and smelled good.<br>I especially loved the “neighborhood” which is what they call the Memory Care wing. Not only was it clean and full of lively activities, the fact that they call it the neighborhood and use such respectful verbiage when speaking about dementia, that tells me that they have a culture of excellence!<br><br>High recommend touring with Greta or Zach and meeting their team. A GREAT choice for senior living in Hermitage!😊🙌🏻

This is a great facility! Every time I have been there to visit, it has always been so clean and decorated beautifully. They are always working to improve and beautify the facility, including the amazing villas. There are always events for the residents and such great participation. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. The kitchen staff is always preparing delicious meals and snacks. I could see myself retiring there when it’s time.

I've been in Charter Independent Living for about 6 months, and I feel like a weight has been lifted-no more taxes, home upkeep, utilities, etc. I have a two-bedroom, two-bathroom Villa ( with walk-in shower, and plenty of room. My cat and I really enjoy our screened-in porch. The staff is attentive, but what I really appreciate is the great neighbors. We all look out for each other and try to help when needed. The food is even better than I expected.Best move I ever made.

Greta was incredibly helpful and generous with her time and knowledge. I’m so glad I found this facility and had the chance to meet her. We would not be where we are today without Greta’s bundle of knowledge & empathy for my husband’s early onset Alzheimer’s. Greta TRULY went ABOVE & BEYOND for our family! Definitely stop by for a visit and ask for the wonderful Greta!
