The people at Charter have taken exceptional and compassionate care of my brother who has lived there for more than a year. Lots of activities and engagement and a positive and encouraging environment. Special shout-out to Kelly who has been so supportive and Meghan from Legacy who truly has gone above and beyond to help Mike and our family.

The staff is incredible on all levels from management, nursing, housekeeping, to dining. The staff feels more like a family. I love that it is one level allows for more eyes on the residents. The in house therapy is great as well.

My MIL moved into CSL almost 3 years ago. She is 93. She loves all the caregivers there & she knows they love & care for her. Even if she’s “in a mood.” She loves Bingo, Bible study, arts & crafts and trips to Kroger! It’s all one level and small enough to be homey. My family AND my MIL are VERY pleased with the care she receives there & most importantly, she is HAPPY there! Thank you Charter Senior Living of Franklin!!! We so appreciate you!!! 🩵💙
