Parker has a great Memory Care Unit! The staff are amazing with the residents! They keep residents active with engaging activities!

I'm in the facility several days a week with a hospice company. I would like to say how much I appreciate Taryn the RA. She is amazing with the resident at Parker, they all love her. If I ever need assistance with a resident she is always there . She will always make the time to come and talk to a resident that may be new to me ,and help me in making a smooth transition to working with me. Thank you Taryn for caring so much about all the residents and the compassion you give each one.

A dump I wouldn’t put my dog in this place This place is a dump A resident was found with a huge gaping full thickness wound. NO ONE reported it until it was too late. HOW SOMETHING LIKE THAT GOES UNNOTICED IS BEYOND ME … It’s due to the lack of and care and attention to these people Further all of the halls reeked of urine and the rooms were filthy with old poorly maintained equipment This place should be condemned

Most of the employees are very RUDE. Yell at residents. Food is wrong, they don't care what they give diabetes. The Doctor does not visit patients. They do a phone call to the person in charge. Also there van is not big enough for wheel chairs, no heater that will keep it warm to take patients to a doctor. The administration also does not keep track of people. They listen and lie about what goes on.
