I called this place yesterday, the man I spoke with, I believe Fritz was his name….is very rude. He has such a terrible attitude it’s no wonder this place can’t keep employees or residents. The way he spoke to with, I wouldn’t leave my dog here…..let alone an actual person. He needs to be replaced with someone who actually cares about people.

Horrible. I thought I was walking into the movie set from One Flew Over The Coco’s Nest. It’s dirty, staff is rude, and my mother declined quickly there. Thank god I found a facility much better and got her the hell out of park view. She’s doing so much better now. I cannot believe that place passes inspection.

I live very close to here and always feel extremely unsafe walking past. There were three men outside of the facility this evening who keep harassing me as I walked past. I had to walk past a couple times to run errands and they kept making comments to me and then finally they said, "What aren't you talking to us? can't you talk?!" in very aggressive tones and I got so fed up of feeling unsafe walking to simply run an errand. I told them to please just stop talking to me and harassing me and they started all yelling at me. On my way back, they were still outside (!) and proceeded to stare at me as I had to walk the OPPOSITE side of the street to safely get back to my apartment. Last year I had a man follow me down the sidewalk from this building as well. I constantly have different men catcall me and harass me verbally while they are sitting outside for hours at a time. I understand that these things cannot always be controlled, but something really has to be done. I shouldn't feel unsafe walking past this building, and there should be more supervision so that these folks can't just be outside free to harass women who walk by.
