I am a local Geriatric Care Manager who previously referred a number of people to this Independent Living program. Last Fall (2024) I referred someone and attempted to go to an Intro meeting with that client. The housing coordinator, did not show for the meeting and never called to let us know she couldn’t meet. After maintenance tracked the coordinater down, off site, she said she would be in touch and never was. The client called several times to reschedule and never received a call back. I contacted the parent company who initially apologized and said we would hear back from the coordinator right away. Nothing…..I then wrote the parent company again and heard nothing from them either. If this is how the admissions process is handled, I can only imagine that the residents can obtain no attention to their concerns and questions either.

I don’t live at Park View, but was interested in the facility, until I could even get a response from the owners, Residential Enterprises. I was trying to find out some information. Tried for days to get hold of the property manager. I really don’t they have one. If they do, she doesn’t do her job. I leave messages with no response. Her mailbox is always full.
What does she do all day??? If I ran a business, she would definitely not be employed there. Now I’m not even getting a response back from the owners. The old saying goes, you get what you pay for and this isn’t it. Now I know what it means by saying the property manager is nonexistent.

EDIT2: It took messaging through several forms on the Enterprise site but I finally got an email and then a phone call. They say they are working on it. Will update when this issue is resolved.

EDIT: I was glad to see that someone responded here and at least acknowledged the issue, but I emailed them 8 days ago per their request, and still have heard no response.

Original Review: Would give zero stars if I could! My mom lived in this Enterprise Residential owned property and it was not well-maintained at all. Flooding, trash everywhere. Now that she has moved out they are claiming her rent was raised when it wasn’t and they are deducting from her deposit. We were never given a new lease or paperwork stating the increase. Run by a really shady business (Enterprise) - avoid!!
