My mom has been in the memory care wing for about a month now. I am so pleased with the compassion and care that she has received. I pop in unannounced at least 4 or 5 days a week and always find my mom being cared for in a loving and kind way. We have a camera in her room and I love watching the interactions that the nurses and aides have with my mom. She loves it at Park Valley and I couldn’t be more impressed. She has made friends and is happy, safe and well cared for. It makes my heart happy. Thank you so much for loving my mom ❤️

I would like to applaud all the employees especially the activity department at Park Valley Inn in Round rock , TX for their outstanding programs putting in place for the residents. During my 17 years of carrying for patients and residents, i have never experiencing anything like that . The staff is truly great With their expertise, and creating amazing activities for the residents. Been older and not able to be independent doesn't mean you can not have fun and enjoying life. At Park Valley Inn, the staff treat the residents with respect, and dignity.

I’m very disappointed with Park Valley Inn I wanted to volunteer at a nursing home and came across Park Valley Inn online because it is close to where I live. I called letting staff know about my interest two months ago. I was asked to come to the facility to fill out paperwork for a background check and did the same day. During the past two months I contacted staff 3 times to follow-up. All staff would say is that they are waiting on the background check. What is interesting is that I filled out paperwork at another nursing home two weeks ago and was cleared to start volunteering today. My point to family of residents at Park Valley Inn is that there are caring people who want in interact in positive ways with your loved ones. It’s a shame that this facility doesn’t take advantage of volunteers.

Great Professional Care! My Mom has been here for over a year! These past few months… New Professional Caring Staff has been hired to work with the Great Nursing Staff that remained! Her room is clean and neat and her clothes are no longer missing/lost. Quality Compassionate Care being provided for my Mom! Mr. Ricky the Executive Director doing a Phenomenal Job! Thank You.
