Do not recommend. They barely took care of my mom. One shower a week is crazy and waiting 45 minutes to use the bathroom is unacceptable. Also gave her the wrong medications. Don't go there.

Watching our mother be neglected like this has been heartbreaking and deeply upsetting for our family. On Monday, my mother had a small sore on her leg that already had an odor. My sister immediately reported it to the nurses. My mother also repeatedly told staff that something was wrong. Day after day, nothing was done. No urgency. No proper assessment. No care. By Thursday, the situation had become frightening. Her leg had deteriorated dramatically — swollen, bruised, inflamed, and clearly infected. This did not happen suddenly. It happened after multiple warnings that were ignored. I personally called the facility several times trying to get help for my mother. When I finally reached a nurse, I was hung up on. After that, my calls were ignored. As a daughter, there is nothing more painful than feeling powerless while your parent is suffering and no one is listening. We trusted this facility to care for our mother when she could not fully advocate for herself. Instead, we feel she was neglected at a vulnerable moment when she needed attention the most. No family should have to beg staff to look at a wound. No resident should be ignored when reporting pain or infection. I truly hope this facility takes accountability, improves communication, and ensures that nurses respond immediately when residents report wounds or signs of infection. What happened to our mother should never happen to anyone else. PS I so wish that I could upload the pictures of her leg! They’re terrifying.

From the moment I got my father there from the hospital, It was absolutely wonderful, The transitional care unit staff is fantastic. They are so attentive, so thorough and so very kind hearted. The therapy is fantastic, they spend a lot of time with Dad. This is Dads 3rd rehab stay, he is 91 but very sharp! And this is by far the best facility he has been in. AND He loves the food! He let me know if he needs a nursing home he wants it to be at Parkview. Thank you for being awesome!

I have had two family members land here after some medical issues. It's a great transition care facility. The staff is always friendly and the rooms are clean. Would recommend for anyone in need of TCU.

My Mother was in the rehab facility for about two weeks, she was 95 years old and unable to recover from her health problems. She and I spent the last days of her life in this wonderful place. The staff couldn't have been more caring, gentle, and loving for my mom. In the days before her death. The amazing nurses, aids and rehab would sit with her when they could when I was not able to be there. Unfortunately I was not there when she died, but the staff that was available made a point to be there when she took her last breath. I cannot say enough about these lovely, beautiful people that cared for my Mother. I sure hope that the management understands the great staff they have.
