I don’t usually write reviews, but I’ve had a mostly positive experience with Epiphany Assisted Living and wanted to share a few things that stand out. The aides are genuinely caring and work very hard, even with the heavy workload they have. I do feel the third floor would benefit from having two aides so the staff is better supported and daily care runs smoother. The director is approachable, communicates well, and handles concerns professionally, which I appreciate. The dining room servers deserve a lot of credit. They’re friendly, patient, and always try to make mealtimes pleasant. Because the dining room echoes, it’s easy to hear when the cook is rude during lunch. I’ve noticed the cook’s attitude and remarks several times since my grandmother moved in, and the servers always apologize and do their best to keep things calm. My grandma really enjoys the meals and sitting with her friends since she loves telling her stories. :) The activities and therapy staff bring a lot of positivity. They keep my grandmother engaged, and she absolutely loves the therapy something she looks forward to every week. Overall, Epiphany has many caring staff members especially the aides, servers, and activity/therapy team. With added support on the third floor and more professionalism in the kitchen, the facility could be even stronger.
