⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had the opportunity to attend an event at Palm Village Retirement Community, and it was absolutely amazing! 🎉❤️ A huge thank you to the entire staff for making everyone feel welcomed, valued, and cared for. The atmosphere was full of joy, laughter, and genuine kindness. 🥰👏 Special recognition to the Activities Director and activities team—you are incredible! 🌟 The event was well-organized, engaging, and brought so many smiles to everyone’s faces. Your passion and dedication truly shine through in everything you do. 🎈🎶🎨 Thank you, Team Palm Village, for creating such a wonderful experience for residents, families, and guests. Keep up the amazing work! 🙌❤️

The staff here engages awfully with people that live with disabilities (aren't able to verbally clearly express their thoughts). Look somewhere else to get care for your loved ones. My uncle has said numerous times that he doesn't want to be here and wants to return to the plan of care he has established at another facility but this place is refusing to listen to what he has to say because of his disability. He is being held captive by this facility. The providers are trying to distract him with random stories but my uncle was able to see through their mind play and called them out about it. If anyone is able to help us, please reach out.

This is a nice place of course we dont want to leave our loved ones but if u have to this is the place to be clean nice nurses are sweet ❤️ 💖 ♥️ 💗

My mother Beverly Diane Hill lives here and I can’t say enough about the hospitality of all the staff including the faculty and most of all the CNA’s who work so hard on a daily basis to mentally and physically care for the individuals who reside at Palm Village ❤️ Everyone is treated like family and always have a smile on there faces, not to mention the close bond they all create with all….. the faculty is always beautifully decorated and so clean and smells wonderful…. I give this place five stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The nurses and staff are wonderful!! They assist my mom with all her needs at her request. Also, the community is always clean and presentable. Lastly, my mom loves the menu choices there . . . especially the desserts!!! Thank you, Palm Village!!
