I’ve been visiting my great-grandmother at this nursing home, and I’ve been really grateful for the care she’s received. The physical therapists in particular have been incredibly warm, attentive, and proactive with her. They take the time to encourage her, work with her patiently, and make sure she feels supported throughout her therapy. It’s clear that they genuinely care about the residents and want to help them improve and stay as comfortable and active as possible. Seeing that level of kindness and dedication means a lot to our family.

Therapist were great and some of the nursing staff. Overall I’m glad I’m going home and I have made great recovery. Some of the things that they need to work on is spraying the place often for bugs and having the nursing staff provide medication on time.

After spending 4 weeks in the hospital, I was very short of breath, weak, and unable to walk. Coming to Palm Beach Nursing Center was one of the best decisions for my recovery. With the care, encouragement, and therapy I received, I am now able to walk again and hopeful to return back home soon. A million thanks to Tau, the therapist, for the patience, dedication, and support throughout my recovery journey. I also want to thank the entire management staff for being so kind, helpful, and caring during my stay. The social services team was always available to talk, listen, and provide support whenever I needed it, which truly meant a lot to me during my recovery.

I’m here for rehab for my back and after two hours, my call rubber squeezy thing and took it off my bed and throw it on the ground. It was attached to the mattress that didn’t last long. After 2 hours now called to go poo and nobody comes. They played dirty here, so looks someplace else to put your loved ones. Update: Google reviews work and apparently this place reads them. 2 women an just came into my room and asked me to amend the review and I told him I would. After posting this review I was placing a very nice private room. It’s saddens me that people can’t do the right thing on the onset but only after you’re bad with them do they take action. So today, I am removing my one star review and making it three or middle of the road like take it or leave it. They’ve gone out of the way to help me in my time of need so with that being said I just want to say thank you Google for all your help. I reserve the right to a amend this review at any point time should they decide to do something else that wouldn’t be to my liking. I’m not a difficult person just particular.

My mother was a long term care patient there for a few years. The staff has been fantastic. She needed extra care and the people there did everything they could to make her comfortable. The CNA's like Philomena were attentive and great, front office staff like Gelan and Flavia were super helpful, caring and supportive. Lashonda was instrumental in mom's care. I can't thank her enough for her attention to detail, her caring attitude and her determination to provide good care. Lashonda is indispensable and excellent at her job and an even better person. Thank you to all the staff at Palm Beach Nursing.
