I was very impressed with this nursing home. It is exceptionally clean, and the staff provides compassionate, personalized care to every resident. It is clear they genuinely care and have built meaningful relationships with the residents. Families are embraced with warmth and kindness, making visits feel comforting and reassuring. It’s a place where you can feel the love and dedication in every interaction, and I wholeheartedly recommend it.

I'm solely giving these two stars for the few caring nurses that did their job. Please read this review thoroughly before you decide to admit your loved one into this facility. My mother just recently passed away and no this review is not based in grief, but only in honesty. If you aren't able to afford care or you're insurance bound to this facility; then do what you must. However, if you do have a choice, please go elsewhere. There were some caring nurses but for a majority of the care team, they were incompetent and ego-centric. They put antifungal powder on my mothers gangrene feet. When you ask a nurse or a CNA a question; they act confused. I'm not sure if it's a language barrier or laziness. I know my mother begged for care at times and the staff acted as if they were too busy while loudly speaking kreyole to eachother. Weekend doctors and nurses are clueless as to what happens during the week. No one reviews charts. Whenever they get frustrated; they send the patients to the hospital. My mother fell so many times under their care. They lost her things and never made it a priority to find them. when she discharged from their facility; they all of a sudden found her items. I'm so frustrated with the staff and how clueless they can be and don't even get me started on the phones. You could be panicked over your loved one and they will not pick up that phone. Then when they finally call you back; they act as if they are doing you a favor. My mom spoke of an embarrassing incident where a CNA left her door open while doing hygiene. Where do they find these people to work?!!!! Needless to say, do not bring your loved one to this facility.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Beach Breeze has truly been a blessing to our family. From the nursing staff to the medical providers, therapy teams, business office, and administration, there is a strong culture of professionalism, compassion, and responsiveness. The nurses demonstrate patience and attentiveness, and the medical team thoughtfully evaluates concerns while working toward solutions. RN Diamon has been an amazing blessing, I truly appreciate his communication efforts with me, compassion for my Mother and his follow through to the Drs and Administrators. Also grateful for the charge nurses, nurses and CNA staff who have shown consistent clinical awareness, respect and care. I would especially like to thank Mr. Jeff for his attention, availability, expertise, kindness, patience, and wisdom. His leadership and willingness to listen make a meaningful difference for families navigating complex care decisions. The Occupational Therapy and Physical Therapy teams are exceptional. Their dedication to restoring strength, mobility, and dignity does not go unnoticed. They treat residents with encouragement and respect, which is invaluable. The business office, front desk, and administrative staff also deserve recognition. They help ensure operations run smoothly while remaining courteous and supportive to families. Entrusting a loved one’s care to a facility requires confidence, and Beach Breeze continues to work toward maintaining that trust through teamwork and communication. I am grateful for the care, effort, and professionalism shown to my mother and our family. Thank you, thank you, thank you for what you do each day. May God continue to Bless You!!! P.S… I would also like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Ms. Christele for your kindness & professionalism to my Mother as well as RN Evna for everything, RN Nider the kind, helpful patient young man who assisted us after 3:00 a.m. when we returned from the hospital. Your compassion and willingness to help during such a late and stressful moment truly meant a lot and did not go unnoticed. Special appreciation for the front desk staff… Including Mr. Joshua! Thank you All! God bless Mr. Jeff for maintaining open communication with me about my mother’s care and for the special love, support, and stability the team provides. Thank you for being a place where my mother can truly rest and call home.

This place is the worst place to deal with. My mother went in there after a stay in the hospital. She ended up with an eye injury (that was not noticed by any staff). She ended up going to Bascom Palmer in Miami. I was told she was not healthy enough for eye surgery and needed to go to UM Health Tower. I was informed she had stoped eating and drinking prior to her going to Miami. She was immediately placed and Hospice and passed 8 days later. The day prior to the Miami trip, I was told we had to be private pay. We payed over $7,500 for 20 days of care. We were private pay less than 24 hours. “Sandy Waters” stated she was providing a full refund. It has been almost 2 months and my email chain with her has been horrible. I keep asking for another person to call above her and I get nowhere. This care and staff here are horrible. If you love your loved one DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE!!!!!!

I am so grateful for the care and kindness my mother has received at this nursing home. The staff have been consistently attentive, patient, and compassionate, and they truly treat her with dignity and respect. It is clear that they go above and beyond to make residents feel comfortable, safe, and valued. Communication with the family has been excellent, and I always feel reassured knowing she is in good hands. The environment is clean, welcoming, and well-organized, which makes such a positive difference. I cannot thank the team enough for the wonderful support they have given my mother and our family. I would highly recommend this nursing home to anyone looking for a place where their loved ones will receive genuine care and attention.
