We received a list of rehab centers in Rhode Island from the hospital. We chose Overlook because they had high ratings and I was pleased that they had an open bed for my mom to rehab. The rehab floor is the only thing I’ve had experience with and they were fantastic! I was impressed by the staffing levels and also their kindness and compassion. Anytime my mother needed something, there was always someone around to assist. Every staff member I came in contact with, including PT, OT, med tech, nurses and CNA‘s was extremely helpful and kind, and they all seemed to really enjoy their work! The facility was also clean and cheerful making my moms 3 week stay pleasant for her and family that visited her.

My experience at Overlook was very good. All the staff were excellent. The CNA’s were great. Breah took such great care of me. She made sure I had clean clothes. I came to the facility with none. She made sure I understood that I should not attempt to get up on my own until cleared to do so. I cannot say enough for how well she looked out for me. Jodie, Kayla, Kalee, Samantha, Natalee third shift Kayla, We’re all terrific. There was another younger CNA on third shift who’s name I can’t remember who was also very helpful. There was one third were wonderful. shift, older CNA that I had a personality conflict. But overall the CNA’s were terrific!! The nurses were also wonderful, however, I cannot remember all of their names. I saw them less but they were all very nice. They physically therapy team were great. Kaycee, Janet, Linda, Allie, Brianna, and Kate were wonderful. They helped me understand what I needed to do to get better. I can’t say enough for how much they helped me. And the administrative staff were wonderful. When an issue arrived they found a solution very quickly. I cannot thank them all enough!! Thank you all!!

A loved one of mine has been at overlook twice for rehabilitation and nursing care. I've worked in long-term care for several years. They have a great thing going on rehab is excellent nursing excellent. Their doctor is great too. Even the food is good big bonus, there. Check it out if you're looking for nursing rehabilitation center
