I would love to thank the rep Maria for calling my mother on her birthday last week! My mom was so excited to receive a call from the company THIS IS THE FIRST TIME A COMPANY HAS CALLED HER ON HER BIRTHDAY. My mother has not stoped mentioning how wonderful and patient Maria was to her. THANK U SO MUCH MARIA AND OUTREACH FOR BEING SO WONDERFUL.

I get different answers from whoever happens to answer the payroll phone. No one that takes care of the service recipient individually. A few years ago we got personal attention with our 1 care rep. Now it's whoever. No reminders to turn in for payroll. No call or message saying time sheet not received so you don't know until your attendant doesnt get a check 2 weeks later.

Now I see I should of read reviews before, This company played me so many times . Don’t go with them, never payed on time. You have to call and remind them they have to pay you, not only that they will never answer your phone call DONT GO with them they are terrible company. I had so much trouble with them. Customer service very rude I’m very disappointed. We are switching to CDS in Texas away better. They deserve to be sued. And I hope soon it will happen

I am being nice by giving 1 star, it was 5 stars when the company acted as if they cared. I have a list of unprofessional instances that happened in my home. When i tried discussing with field supervisor, she didn’t really care, and blew it off. I believe when you set boundaries in your home, the caregiver should respect those boundaries. When this didn’t happen, the company decided they didn’t care about my mother’s needs and we haven’t heard from them since. I am very appalled at the i professionalism, and the fact that they make promises and then pass the buck when the promises are not met. I asked to speak with someone about this and never got a call. I would be careful with who you allow in your home, because i have proof the screening doesn’t always work.
