The staff seemed overwhelmed, and it often took a long time for residents to receive assistance. Communication with families was inconsistent, and concerns didn’t always appear to be addressed promptly. The facility itself looked dated, and common areas weren’t as clean as expected. I left feeling disappointed and wouldn’t recommend this facility based on my experience.

I love bright color decor through building. I love theater movies, pool screen , activities great, access food during day. The cook date class with chef, people friendly and nice, also have popcorn at night and 24/7 ice cream, outing a lot of options. I recommend to veterans and seniors. The view look out trees surrounding place like your in the mountains. It’s must see and come live at osprey heights. Veteran affairs suggest get contract with osprey heights they are awesome.

I couldn't be happier with my mother-in-law's decision to move into this independent living community. From the moment she arrived, we were impressed by how clean, well-maintained, and welcoming the facility is.<br><br>The staff have been professional, friendly, and genuinely caring, making her transition smooth and comfortable. They have been incredibly helpful whenever she has needed assistance. It's reassuring to know she is in an environment where she is treated with kindness and respect.<br><br>The community itself is warm, inviting, and offers a wonderful atmosphere for residents to remain independent while enjoying the support and social opportunities available. Seeing how happy and comfortable my mother-in-law has become gives our family great peace of mind. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a clean, caring, and well-run independent living community for a loved one.
