I was welcomed in a warm fashion both on the phone initially, than in person upon arrival. I was give clear direction and was personally escorted to the room where the resident I needed to visit was located. After the visit, I was able to debrief with a caregiver and was given clear guidance to the check-out procedure.

Just a dumping ground for families who can't take care of loved ones.. Shame on the families all bad reviews are very true... truly toxic
