My father had to have rehab after a compression fracture to his lower back. The PT and OT was excellent. The facility was clean. There are a few really good people that work here. However there were things that happened that nurses should have caught but they didn’t on the weekend with my father (I live out of town) because they are obviously short staffed on the weekend. It caused him to be rushed via ambulance at 1am on a Monday morning due to severe pain! When he needed assistance to the restroom nursing always took a long time to get there. The most disturbing problem I have right now is the fact that he was discharged on 5/15/26 and Dr Singh supposedly ordered Home Health PT OT. No one called to set up the appointment with him so when I called the agency on the discharge paperwork they said they didn’t have orders! When she inquired about who his insurance company is, she responded that they do not take his insurance!!! So did the orders get written or did whomever that wrote the discharge paperwork screwup with who they wrote as the Home Health Care provider? We still haven’t been contacted. I contacted the Concierge and Tanya and I still haven’t heard back from either party and probably won’t because he’s no longer a patient. What a horrible way to do business and treat your patients!

As I navigate the crucial mid-point of my recovery journey, following a significant surgical procedure at UC Anschwich, I feel compelled to share my profound gratitude and admiration for Orchard Park Health Care. Choosing a rehabilitation facility after surgery is a daunting decision, but I can unequivocally say that Orchard Park has not only met but vastly exceeded every expectation. From the moment I arrived, slightly disoriented and anxious about the road ahead, Orchard Park introduced me to their unique 'Guardian Angel' program. I was incredibly fortunate to have Ashley assigned as mine. She wasn't just a guide; she was a calming presence, an unwavering advocate, and my primary point of contact during those critical first few days. Ashley meticulously ensured my smooth transition, answered every question with patience, and proactively addressed concerns I hadn't even articulated yet. Her dedication transformed a potentially overwhelming entry into a reassuring welcome, setting the perfect tone for my entire stay. To say this facility exceeds a '10 rating' feels like an understatement. Orchard Park isn't just a place for physical healing; it's a sanctuary of comprehensive care. The environment is meticulously maintained, fostering a sense of peace and comfort that is vital for recovery. But it's the spirit of the people here, the collective dedication, that truly sets it apart. Every interaction reinforces the feeling of being part of a larger, supportive family, working tirelessly towards my full recuperation. My nursing team – Selam , Betty, Enoch and their wonderful supervisor Job, are nothing short of exceptional. They don't merely perform their duties; they genuinely care. Their warmth, professionalism, and attentiveness go far beyond medical protocols. They anticipate my needs, listen empathetically, and interact with a level of compassion that truly makes me feel like a cherished member of their own family. Their consistent kindness and meticulous care have been a cornerstone of my emotional and physical well-being. And then there's Sara, my remarkable Physical Therapist. Her expertise is evident in every session. She approaches my recovery with a perfect blend of scientific knowledge, innovative techniques, and profound patience. Sara doesn't just give me exercises; she educates, motivates, and customizes every step of my therapy to my specific progress and challenges. She celebrates every small victory and skillfully navigates setbacks, always keeping me focused on the ultimate goal of full recovery. Her guidance is truly invaluable. It’s abundantly clear that every single individual at Orchard Park, from the administrative staff to the care team, is profoundly invested in each patient's success. This isn't just a job for them; it's a calling. If you or a loved one finds yourselves in need of a rehabilitation facility, I implore you to consider Orchard Park. Making the right choice for your recovery is critical, and I am absolutely certain you will share my immense satisfaction and gratitude for the exceptional care provided here

I have been in this facility for decent amount of time as skilled patient in the rehab unit. I have a chronic issue that affect my mobility but the nurse staffs has been great to me and have very kind approach. They are patient and gentle no matter how much time I require to get assisted. I want to shout out to Nurse-Selam for being kind and gentle also bubbly, Vera-CNA and Yani-CNA, Lis-CNA has been so nice and gentle to me and thank you for the wonderful care you have been providing for me. I also want to acknowledge Job- Nurse Manager to frequently check on me and to get me what I need. He is knowledgeable and good with managing the staffs, take care of any problem I have. House keeping also has been great- Claudia is very quick and cleans everything in my room. In conclusion I recommend this facility to other patients because of how clean and organized it is. There might be staffs i forgot to acknowledge but in general Thank you Orchard Park!

Overall I’ve had a very good experience in my rehabilitation for shoulder replacement surgery here. I had two excellent therapists for both PT and OT and my recovery was very positively impacted by this. The care teams were engaged and responsive and I felt confident in them. The CNAs and RNs were responsive helpful and friendly, always willing to do what they could to help. In particular, Job Abate was very approachable, helpful and proactive in finding solutions to anything that came up. My main concern has been the quality of the food. This is why I have not given a five star rating. The food is rated at a two.
