THE BEST!! Finding the right care for aging parents can be overwhelming, and after trying several home health aide companies, I can confidently say Optimal Home Health Care stands out above the rest. From the very beginning, their team was compassionate, professional, friendly, and truly attentive to our family’s needs. The caregiver Ivanda is absolutely amazing, providing exceptional support with daily tasks, bringing kindness, patience, and genuine companionship to my parents’ lives. Ivanda is quick, smart, attentive, detail oriented, reliable, and trustworthy. She is a self-starter, takes initiative, proactive, and gets everything done well plus more, with no direction. As my mom would always tell me, “Ivanda just does it, I don’t even need to ask or tell her what to do”. What really sets Optimal Home Health Care apart is their consistency, communication, and professionalism. Their office is great, billing is clear, timely, accurate, and scheduling is organized. Keily is friendly, helpful, and thorough. We always felt informed, supported, and confident that our parents were in the best hands. After our experience with several other agencies in the Bristol County, MA area, Optimal Home Health Care exceeded every expectation. We had a great experience with Optimal Home Health Care this month 7/2025. When our family member needed care in her home post surgery we reached out to Optimal and they went above and beyond to get us scheduled in so we had safe assistance in the home. The care givers were excellent, helpful and reassuring. We highly recommend and appreciate Optimal for their services!

My family and I had a wonderful experience with Optimal Health Care. As my father aged, he found it difficult to do his daily chores. I choose Optimal Health Care because they offered light housekeeping and should my father’s health decline and require further assistance, I would be able to transition him. Sadly, I was in the process of doing so when he passed away. The aid that assisted him with his house keeping was professional and kind, my father always looked forward to her visits. Autumn and Kiely were always there for me if I had any questions or concerns. I highly recommend them.

We have been working with Optimal Home Health for nearly four years. Over that time, we have come to know a variety of attendants. There are many personalities and styles of work. It takes time to get to know the aides in order to develop a comfortable relationship and confidence in their ability, so it pays to be patient. My Dad is 100 years old and has been bedridden since before we contracted with Optimal. His visiting nurse has often commented that she has rarely seen someone his age who has been so well cared for, with no skin breakdown or problems. At times, he is not entirely cooperative. The attendants use a variety of strategies to successfully get things back on track and don't give up. Optimal has been mindful that it is easier for the family if there is consistency with the attendants who provide the care. For the past two years they have strived to schedule the same three aides over the many hours we need them. These health care professionals are capable, kind, calm and diligent in their care. Despite life intervening, sick days, and well deserved vacations, Optimal has consistently ensured that the same three aides are here for their scheduled shifts. My Dad is a veteran and was approved for hours paid for by the VA. Optimal understood the importance of this benefit and went above and beyond to ensure that they updated their contract and billing with the VA. This has not only helped us financially, but it has allowed me a respite for a few hours each week. They have been very responsive to our requests. There have been times when we have needed additional coverage or a change in the shift timing. In every case our requests have been honored. Before my Dad was discharged from the rehab facility after he was no longer able to walk, we contacted over twenty agencies before we chose Optimal. Important to note that Optimal is the only agency that will do one hour shifts. This is especially important if your need is just for clean-up and help with a meal for your loved one. Financially, that is one of the reasons we have been able to continue with their services. They are sincere, professional, reasonable and responsible. We recommend, without hesitation, Optimal Home Health Care.

Optimal is the absolute best. My family is so thankful for them. We needed help with my Aunt a few months back. She lives alone, and her memory was getting so bad that her safety was a big concern for us. Optimal has been there for her and all of us!! The caregivers are so kind and experienced. Visiting her now is such a pleasure. They always make her nice meals and help her with taking a shower. Her house has never been so spotless either! We would recommend Optimal for anyone needing help.
