2 years ago I was having a very hard time finding a place for my mother. Other places I went to were super salesy and high pressure even though I let them know it was out of my price range. A friend told me about Olympics West and it was such a blessing. They helped us out and made the process super easy. My mom felt so cared for and the staff was so attentive. I could not speak higher of my experience at Olympics West

Management and office teams are extremely helpful they always make you feel welcome. Navigating the move in process is easy. The food is excellent, and the staff members pay close attention to each resident they are very attentive to all the details. Everyone gets treated like family! 🙂

Moved my 81 year old mother here a few days ago. It is a welcoming place and so are the staff and most residents. It is not dark and gloomy like many are. It is light, open and roomy. The food is very good as well. *

DO NOT BRING YOUR LOVED ONES HERE. They will be mistreated, neglected and uncared for. They have a new team as well that are firing all the old good caregivers who have worked there for years. They do not care about there residents on ASSISTED LIVING. Please do not bring your family here to stay.

If your loved one is on Medicaid do not bother speaking to these people. They may be receptive over the phne, but after you take your time to arrange an appointment (taking time off from work and so on), and provide them with the financial details - which is the first thing they want to discuss, their tone changes dramatically. They are in it for the money, like so many other health care providers. Watch out for these bait and switch maneuvers - they indicate the true intentions of the company.
