absolutely terrible staff, there are certain women i saw that are a joke. fake faces and fake attitudes. i can see how they treat the other employees just from a customer perspective and it’s disgusting.. they shouldn’t have their jobs. they’re creating a negative culture. especially where an inclusive environment should thrive. if they weren’t there i could see the environment change tremendously for residents and staff.

They can't keep management because of such a toxic environment. They don't care about your family they are just another number squeezing u out if money. The building is falling apart. Constant turn over in staff because of upper management. Will tell you there is a spendown to Medicaid to get you to move in only to lie about it. Now you've wasted ur time and money and so tired you just keep ur family there. Get everything in writing. Don't trust them with your family.

From the moment my Mom and I stepped in to Olympic Place we were so happy to have found this community. The manager Jennifer is so kind, thoughtful and supportive in every way! She helped us get the perfect room right away. My mom loved it. The whole staff is amazing! They made my Moms last year so fun. Thank you for all you did for Mom but also for everyone that steps in your doors..

My husband and I are on our third year at Olympic Place. It was a good move for us. I like the family feeling- people looking out for each other. I like the location- easy to walk to Safeway, and downtown if you need lots of steps! I like being close to doctors, Costco, etc., but you still have that small town feel. Lots of activities to do. I have taken up puzzling since being here. I like it! Another great day at Olympic Place or at least that is the plan.

I have been living at Olympic Place in Arlington, WA for 8 years. I like it here very much and have been very happy. The building is very well built and attractive inside and out and the grounds are outstanding. From every window we see trees, bushes and grass. This morning we saw three deer walking in the shade. The staff is helpful and friendly and the residents seem like old friends. There are many activities and we have three good, healthful meals every day. I would highly recommend Olympic Place to anyone looking for a retirement home.
