Ohio Living Llanfair is truly an exceptional community. The staff are consistently warm, attentive, and professional, and you can tell they genuinely care about the residents. The campus is beautiful and well maintained, with plenty of inviting spaces both indoors and outdoors. The activities are thoughtfully planned and engaging, and there’s always something meaningful for residents to participate in. The care team communicates well, responds quickly, and treats everyone with dignity and respect. The environment is such a supportive, safe, and uplifting. Highly recommend Ohio Living Llanfair to anyone looking for quality senior living in Cincinnati!

Run away. The leadership at Ohio Living gets in the way of the staff. They can't answer the most basic questions and try to block outside doctors from helping the residents.

Staff at this facility is very unprofessional. Staff responsible for making outbound calls and receiving need to learn how to speak to family, patients, and physician offices when making calls or answering them to follow up on patients care. Unacceptable behavior when dealing with patients and their Healthcare. Bad representation of this company/assisted living when staff calls with demeaning attitudes and unprofessional responses

If I could leave a 0 star, I would. I have had a family member there for five years in independent living. It is horrible. The food service is inedible. They charge more money than many other facilities, but there are no amenities. They do not invest the high fees back in the residents for all they charge. They can't keep staff. The employees are constantly revolving. I have heard the employees complain about being underpaid. They hire children that have no skills to do the job and lack customer service professionalism. This place is the pits. Don't believe the commercials. The residents constantly complain about the food. They are overcharging some families. They are not transparent. They do not keep accurate records. I have requested records repeatedly and have never received them because they don't add up. I am making plans to move my realtive out. But after you have invested hundreds of thousands of dollars in a retirement community, it is not simple. It is more cost effective to move them home and provide for a personal chef.
