My great grandmother currently lives at this assisted living community, and I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about the care she has received. I’ve personally seen the positive changes from the previous management to the current management, and the difference has been incredible.<br><br>Michelle genuinely cares about the residents and their well-being, but I especially want to shine a light on Jackie, the RCC. She has been incredibly communicative with our family regarding my great grandmother’s care, and it is very clear that she truly cares about her residents.<br><br>My great grandmother is treated with so much kindness, compassion, and respect. The staff has made her feel like she is part of their own family, and that means more to us than I can put into words. Every time I visit, she tells me how happy she is. She has even mentioned how much the food and the menus have improved, and overall, the atmosphere feels much more welcoming and home like.<br><br>As a family member, having the peace of mind that your loved one is happy, cared for, and treated with genuine compassion is priceless. I would absolutely recommend this community to anyone looking for a warm and caring home for their loved one.

The changes that have been made at Ocotillo Place have been very noticeable and greatly appreciated. Since the changes in management, there has been a renewed sense of care, compassion, and dedication throughout the community.<br><br>Our new Executive Director, Michelle, is incredibly attentive and genuinely cares about our residents, the level of care they receive, and creating a warm, loving environment throughout the community. It has been wonderful to see the positive impact her leadership has had.<br><br>If you’re looking for an assisted living community for someone in your family, I highly recommend checking out Ocotillo Place. Schedule a tour, meet the staff, and see firsthand the people who dedicate their days to providing love, compassion, and quality care to our wonderful residents.

I can’t speak well enough about Ocotillo Place! Our family had to make the difficult decision to put my mom into an assisted living facility. We searched all through out the Phoenix Valley for a good place for our mom. We found Ocotillo Place to be the cleanest place with the friendliest staff. They even let us come in and paint her room and decorate it just like likes it. She has been there now for 5 months and it was the best decision! The staff treats her so lovingly and like family! They take such good care of her and are so communicative with us to let us know if there is anything she is needing or if they are seeing changes in her we should be aware of. When we have a concern they respond immediately! She is receiving care all day long that we were just not able to give. We as a family visit her nearly daily and we feel so blessed to have found Ocotillo Place!

My Grandma Bertha is a current resident at ocotillo place. she is so happy there. The care staff is so attentive. The food is great. Every one is so nice.

Ocotillo Place has made some wonderful changes and is now under new management. The new Executive Director, Michelle, has been doing an amazing job creating a positive environment for both the residents and staff. You can really see the difference in the level of care, communication, and attention being given.<br><br>If you’re looking for a caring and welcoming assisted living community for your loved one, I highly recommend checking out Ocotillo Place. It’s definitely worth scheduling a tour and seeing the improvements for yourself!
