Thank you to everyone who helps take care of my mom. Everyone is always asking how they can help mom because she is a non walker. Non hearing and little sight due to macula. At craft/exercise and special activities the activities director is beside mom helping out.

Since we became Parkside AL of Conyers, it has been great. I have been enjoyed watching the changes to be an awesome facility and growth for our staff members. Our residents have been loving the different activities to participate in.

This facility and the Oaks organization lack caring staff and competent leadership. They are extremely unprofessional and have no systems in place to address issues. Our mom was a resident for over 2 years and things got worse over time. Each time we raised concerns, we were met with false hope that things would get better. She was often left soiled for hours and unattended, amongst many other issues. They only want families who are not involved and don't advocate for their loved ones so they can get away with poor care. I would not recommend sending your loved one here unless you just don't care about them.
