I don’t usually give a one star review but this got me very upset I told the young man I needed to rent a compact car he told me my total would be 392.00 for getting the car not a problem so he got busy with another customer and a young lady came out and finished the paperwork no one explained the contract to me the things that will cost me except what I needed to pay that day and I was given the contract to sign and told I would get my deposit back.<br><br>I called customer service to ask some questions about the fees associated with the car again I was only told about the amount I needed to pay and that each week the payment will go up when I renew since I needed the car longer. I decided to return the car since Enterprise was much cheaper I have the plus points with them.<br><br>I just looked at my credit card statement and was charged 806.00 due to damage waiver that was never explained to me at the beginning of me getting the rental and I call the customer service again to ask about my charges the young lady was like let me look came back to the phone and said oh you was charge 271.00 for the damage waiver for the time you kept the car and she also said you won’t be getting a deposit back either.<br><br>My credit card is now way over the limit due to this miscommunication from Avis part not explaining the contract with me and I feel all customers need to be aware of what he or she is paying for when renting a car. I haven’t had to rent a car in years and this right here isn’t a good outcome to say the least and a lesson learned that I will never use Avis for any of my rental needs.<br><br>The people who work there need some<br>training to help customers much better and to explain what is on the contract to each customer and not assume everyone rents cars all the time and I have worked in customer service for years I would definitely explain things fully to the customer so that he or she don’t think I am just there to take their money but to gain their trust.

This was my first time visiting the store. They have so many things to decorate your home 🏡 including things for your pet. Pleasant experience. I will return.
