I took my mom to tour Oakmont of Carmichael a couple of weeks ago as we’re looking for a place for my grandmother, and we had a very positive experience. From the moment we arrived, we were met with compassion and friendliness from the staff. Everyone we interacted with was welcoming and took the time to answer our questions, which made the visit feel comfortable and not rushed. We also toured the memory care neighborhood, and I was really impressed. It was very clean, well-kept, and had a fresh, pleasant smell—something that really stood out to me. The staff in that area were attentive and engaged with the residents, and you could genuinely tell they care about the people living there. Overall, it left us with a great impression and gave us peace of mind as we continue this process for our grandmother.

I just toured Oakmont of Carmichael today and I was very impressed. I found the community staff to be very friendly and knowledgeable. This community has beautiful courtyards in both assisted and memory care. The memory care appeared safe and engaging . During my tour of memory care all the residents were participating in a live fitness program. This community is warm , welcoming and spacious. This will be my top choice for my family member.

I recently took a tour of this place for my grandparents and I was very surprised by the overall cleanliness and liveliness of the facility. They have a huge movie theater, a massage room, and a huge enclosed outside area with grass and flowers, a dog run, a garden and a salon with activities they do for residents daily. The facility was very active with residents completing puzzles and playing games in the activity room. Staff were very friendly and helpful while asking questions and answered everything I had to ask. The memory care had an atrium inside for the residents to watch along with an outside area and easy to navigate hallways to help them find their room. I am looking forward to showing my grandparents the facility.

Oakmont of Carmichael is a lovely assisted living and memory care community! The care team is compassionate and responsive. The management team is professional, knowledgeable, and proactive. They truly care about creating a safe, engaging environment for seniors that offers that offers a sense of purpose every day-a reason to get out of bed every morning! The dining experience is simply amazing! I highly recommend stopping by for a tour to see for yourself what makes this community and team so special.
