I live in another state I haven't visited this facility however my brother is in the care of this facility. Communication with me is troublesome as well as lackadaisical with the staff; to the point of me calling multiples times before I reach anyone concerning his care. It has been 4 months and counting, I'm still waiting for the social worker assigned to him to return my call. Prayerfully this review will have the staff review the importance of communicating with out of state family members. 1. What need improvement. 2. What can be done to improve their communication skills. 3. How to implement these improvement.

This facility nursed my brother back to good health. When he first got there he was not talking or eating & was bedridden. They addressed any concerns our family had with his care. He is now walking, talking, eating & entertaining the staff. He has gotten excellent care. The only draw back for our family is the location.

The facility itself may provide decent resident care, (I don't know) but the **scheduling department is disorganized, unreliable, and unprofessional. Nurses are jerked around with last-minute changes and poor communication. Their incompetence creates unnecessary stress for staff and ultimately affects patient care. If administration actually cared, they would address this department’s lack of accountability.

It's a good place but I think The court yard definitely needs some work where there's maybe a handicap door access ♿ button and it's unlocked during the day as long as the residents can't get out through the fences(outside) they should be able to access the courtyard at will like most places. Add better sheltering(from weather) and seating. Spruce it up a bit. I feel like residents should be able to go in and out as the want as long as there's set time limits and the putter fencing has appropriately locked. Maybe add camera so administration can monitor so that no physical supervision is needed. This would make it more appealing and better for residents
