I was sent to Louisa Health & Rehabilitation Center on July 14, 2026 a week after back surgery for physical therapy and occupational therapy. I was in excruciating pain and the staff was fantastic in providing my care. It took a few days to get my pain under control. Once my pain was under control I was able complete my therapy tasks. Their therapy staff are wonderful and it was an honor being under their care. With their help and my determination I was able to be discharged in a short amount of time.

I can’t say enough about the staff. The work and care they do, day in and day out amazes me. The other day someone from this center called my wife to see how I was doing. I would highly recommend this place for anyone that needs some form of assistance.

Friendly staff. However, I've seen way better facilities. Just doesn't give that "home" vibe you see in most long term care facilities.
