My crew and I came to do work in one of the buildings and were greeted by a very unfriendly gate lady. Immediately demanding and very rude. I completely understood needing all of our information to get into the gate, but she was very demeaning.

We went to have dinner with some dear friends, and I must say, I was remarkably impressed with everything about this place. The grounds are beautiful, gorgeous landscaping and lovely walking paths. The main building is amazing — community rooms, a library, tables for card games, even a room for pool players! And the dinner was terrific. But most of all, the staff here is incredibly friendly, helpful, and gracious. I’ve visited quite a few retirement communities and not one of them could hold a candle to this one.

The grounds are quite pretty. The gardens that they have for the residents are lovely. The cottages appear cute, and adequate. I love the hilly environment. It has definitely grown since the last time we were there which was many years ago. The only thing I noticed was that some of the staff seemed very stressed and that made things a little uncomfortable.
