Was a good place before Covid and certain administration was put in place. I was a resident there for over 2 years. Its not a bad place just bad management. Aides were overwork and understaff.. I sitting her looking at the reviews and notice all the 5stars new reviews. Those are from the staff trying to raise their ratings.. It may have change but I doubt it. But as a past resident do your research before you put in any nursing home

Won’t let me do any lower then a one star but they need closed down. My mom was supposed to be there for rehab after a major surgery. You walk into the facility and all you can smell is urine. Then they refused to give my mom pain meds for the short time she was there. And on top of that they would not even give her a glass of water until I called and raised a fit about it. I wouldn’t even send my worst enemy here. This place is the absolute worst ever. Also proceeded to get in contact with adult protective services claiming I was harming my mother because I followed her wishes to take her out of here. I hope that the state shuts them down soon

I wouldnt even give this place one star staff is talked to badly by upper management. Activities manager gives diabetics sundaes when it should be sugar free and she puts medicine on patients with out an order they could have had a reaction. If u want your loved one to die then send them to oakhill manor. The food is terrible bc they cant pay there bills most of the time the residents get cold showers ..

This nursing facility is staffed with people who care and want to be there. They enjoy so much providing care to the residents there. The new director of nursing has brought with her so much knowledge and passion! I can't wait to see the great things that are on the way.

Good luck getting all of your loved ones items if you move them or they pass away. Also I wish you the best if you loved one has a critical illness. My loved on had labs done on a normal basis do to issues with his blood. The labs came back bad on Thursday and it took them until Saturday to send him to the hospital. At that time it was to late to get him the meds required to help him. I now have him on hospice in another facility. After getting home the new facility I attended for over week to retrieve his belongings. Finally they contacted me to get his things. So many items was missing including cash out of his safe. When they handed me the safe it was unlocked and the keys are missing. Of course no one knows what could have happened to the money or the keys. Anyway our loss. I do wish anyone better luck with this facility then what we had.
